BARGARI SACRILEGE CASE
'Its a contemptuous breach of privilege of the House, with the flagrant consent of Amarinder'

'Its a contemptuous breach of privilege of the House, with the flagrant consent of Amarinder'

The entire Congress Legislature Party need to explain to the Sikh community as to how the sacrilege of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, probe is being buried in an opprobrious manner, befooling the entire Sikh community.

The recent missive of Prabodh Kumar, Special DGP-cum -Director Bureau of Investigation, Punjab, to the CBI, in contravention of the explicit resolution of the ‘House’, seems to be a malicious attempt, which has  left nobody in doubt that Capt. Amarinder Singh is audaciously working on various mechanisms, having tandem arrangement with the Badal family with an intent to absolve Dera Sirsa of the iniquitous crime, committed against the pious magnificence of Guru Granth Sahib.

Otherwise why would a top-ranking police officer of the State Government venture an audacity to write to the CBI, violating the unambiguous direction of the State Legislature to withdraw all cases from the CBI, that pertain to the sacrilege of Sri Guru Granth Sahib.

I wonder why the entire state legislature,   including all members of the opposition are in slumber over such a brazen breach of the privilege of the House, committed by Prabodh Kumar with the palpable consent of the Home Minister, Capt. Amarinder Singh, who incidentally also happens to be the leader of the House.

Credible media reports suggests that Sukhjinder Singh Randawa  a cabinet minister has sought clarification from the Chief Minister on the baleful communication of the Punjab police to the CBI, besmirching  the defining impact of the unanimous motion passed by the State legislature in August last year. As a matter of fact, the motion was moved on the floor of the House by none else but a Senior Cabinet Minister Tripat Rajinder Singh Bajwa, that was unanimously.

In view of the dignity of the House (The State Legislature) and in deference to the collective wisdom of the ‘House’; probity demands that an upright member of the council of Ministers, Tripat Rajinder Singh Bajwa must resign forthwith not only as a minister but also as a member of the august House, for his colossal failure in not ensuring the faithful implementation of the motion of the House that he himself moved, on the floor of the House.

The clandestine maneuvers of the Punjab Police, under directions of the Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh to derail the sacrilege probe with mischievous intent, would not be allowed to go uncensored under any circumstances. Both, Amarinder Singh and Parkash Singh Badal will have to bear a heavy price for their sinful conduct by playing hide and seek game, in mutually betraying the spirit of Sri Guru Granth Sahib.
