Refusal of Jagdish Tytler to present him for lie detection test for his alleged involvement in the Sikh holocaust in November 1984 in Delhi, has exposed his guilt beyond doubt, if he is innocent he should be bold enough to face any test to prove his innocence said Bir Devinder Singh.
In a statement issued here today, former Deputy Speaker of Punjab Vidhan Sabha said that it’s a travesty of justice in India that those who were responsible for the assassination of Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi, since long been hanged, but those responsible for the horrendous crimes against the Sikhs are still far from the gallows.
Bir further stated "It is shocking to my ethics that even after 33 Years of the mass killings of the Sikhs in the capital of the country; the investigating agencies are still soft peddling against the perpetrators of anti Sikh crimes. It’s strange that Tytler while refusing to undergo lie detection test has pleaded before the Delhi court that the lie detection test amounts to cruelty, as if the heinousness they inflicted upon the Sikhs in 1984, was not the cruelty?”
He said that Capt. Amarinder Singh Chief Minister Punjab has been defending Tytler all along, as his prime benefactor, for his alleged involvement perpetrating violence against Sikhs in Delhi in November 1984 resulting in the brutal killings of thousands of Sikhs, now he must advise Jagdish Tytler to volunteer himself for the lie detection test, if truly he is innocent; failing which Capt. Amarinder Singh must apologize to the Sikh community for fallaciously batting for Tytler all these years, against the vital interests of the Sikh families who suffered horrors because of the despicable deeds of the likes of Jagdish Tytler.
