THE NATIONS, political and financial guides and young generations which don't undergo qualitative and dynamic transformations, they lag behind miserably. Such backwardness generates huge problems and violent conflicts in their economic, social and political life. Many Asians, Africans, people living in South America and some European countries are facing such misfortune.
The modern era has entered the realm of artificial wisdom, robotic and technically developed global economy. The industrialists and business personnel of developed countries are tense about this change and the competition which has arisen out of this situation and they are puzzled how they can adapt themselves accordingly.
They are equally worried how they can face challenging changes. Besides, they are in need of Top class talented and seasoned young people whom they can appoint forthwith.
The countries which have established such system and institutes which are in reading to face future challenges at school, college and university level, have no anxiety at all. But those nations which are wanting in requisite infrastructure are face to face with mighty hardships.
This is not a new occurrence in the world. There was a time when agriculture was considered as excellent occupation. But today the farmers are worst hit by adversity which is compelling them to commit suicides, because agriculture has not been associated with technical and scientific changes resulting in drastic damages which are largely the outcome of reduction in land under cultivation. There is dearth of talented farming. The agricultural yield is not linked with price index. All these factors have aggravated the situation. Agriculture no more fascinates the youth. Worthless, criminal and corrupt leadership has no solution to this problem.
During last century there were two world wars and after India got political Independence, the social programme started by the administration led to deterioration in education, health, so transportation, electricity and water harnessing schemes. All this backwardness made the government service or service in the private sector the best occupation instead of the worst. However, jobs went on decreasing on account of revolutionary changes in science and technology. The advent of internet computerisation and privatisation further hit the job opportunities in government and private sector. The wages nose-dived. The contractual system his the jobs worst and dwarfed and crippled this system.
Educational, technical and scientific fields have become so spineless that the youth trained and developed by them can achieve nothing. They are too weak to get good jobs at home and abroad. Millions of young people have been enticed by drug trafficing, nexalite movement and communal forces which exploit them the most. Equal number of young people have been lured by fake and fleecing saints who are extremely clever and cunning and exploit them.
For quite some time our politicians at national and provincial level have been indulging in the nasty game of providing lucrative jobs and different occupations to our youth. They want to grab political power whereas they themselves are idlers, incapable, corrupt directionless and with no vision. These are the symptoms of national, social and political bankruptcy. If this dirty game is not stopped, none can rescue us from national and social ruin. We need to spearhead our youth to qualitative and skilful thinking.
We want to make it clear to our politicians, pseudo saints and contractors who work in the private sector that Indian youth which migrated to several Asian countries, African, Latin America, European countries, USA, Canada, Australia had initially no money but on account of their potentials and motivation, they worked wonders. No doubt they faced failure in the beginning, but with ceaseless struggle and immense stamina, they won laurels in every field. They faced all types of risks but remained determined and dauntless in the face of several hazards. As a result the local latives quote their examples asking their young people to emulate our youth. Our leaders are simply stressing that our youth should remain prepared to face robotic and technical challenges. Some corporate families have opened vistas for our youth on the basis of no loss no profit because they need services of highly qualified and talented technical experts.
Modern global challenges and competitive world need that our political leaders should comprehend that transformation is not possible without development, productivity and generation of sources of wealth. We have to remain ready for risk in this enterprising effort and the prosperity of our young generation will depend on this factor that how far they can go in facing all these challenges to have the desired transformation.
The Union Government and state governments should have direct communication with pupils studying in schools, colleges, universities and technical institutes. During last 70 years of independence our political parties running state and central government have been found lacking in this respect. The Prime Minister, Chief Ministers and other Ministers have all failed to take initiative in this matter. They are confined to protect the interests of their families. They are robbing the state exchequer through corruption. Their effort is to remain in power as on as possible irrespective of the means they have to adopt for it. This cannot go on. If the country is to get strong young generation which is to ready to meet all challenges we have to promote the dignity of labour. It is important to inculcate this spirit through education institutions. This aptitude must be instilled in the younger generation which is pivotal of our hopes and aspirations.
The government must generate conducive atmosphere so that the youth gets proper motivation in the country. The governments have to frame policies and plans for new occupations and training. Proper infrastructure has to be evolved for implementing government plans the government should encourage investors from abroad so that there is proper encouragement for the younger generation. In Germany proper training is imparted to youngsters which is helpful in generating job avenues.
This responsibility lies on our occupational and industrial sector without which there can be no success in the economy and marketing policy of any country. Brookfield institute Canada in Future Proof report of 2017 has showed that the younger generation of Canada seriously by heads occupational experience to get prepared for various jobs. It is a fact that job opportunities are fast decreasing but experience and several skills are constantly in heavy demand. The complex global labour market as well as Indian scenario is no different.
Without losing time, the governments and corporate sector should make dedicated efforts to ensure a secure and safe future for our younger generations by inculcating the congenial spirit in them so that they are willing to undergo any rigorous work physical or mental, which gives them a dignified existence with no financial worries.
